Carta Organisasi

This our Berjaya UCH, Learning Resource Center a.k.a library Organization chart..I always preferred to call it as library or LRC...Currently we have two permanet staff and two part time staff...

The first key person is me..my role as librarian to look overall the library operation which are circulation, acquisitions, cataloging user services, budget etc etc...

Tuan Haji Ibrahim who is the one set up the library, bringing in all the materials, policies, procedures etc etc.. he was an x-UM librarian..he is otai in cataloging..very reserve person, quite, and likeable by others Berjaya UCH staff..he currently come to work 2 days per week and concentrating only on catalog new items.

Next key staff is Khirudin or i called him Cik Din..he previously from Taylor..amat rajin and very sesuai as reader services staff..he helps a lot such current awareness for new items in library, library decoration (he have so many ideas) and students like him very much.

Last and foremost is Puan Latifah..she also x-UM..nice person, lembut ajer bila bercakap and she doing all the processing of new items..I like to share with he new thing pasal IT sikit2..latest, me suruh dia online for YM so easy nak communicate....she also act as my english teacher hehee..

The advantage working with experienced staff is you can get a lot of knowledge, sharing the experience and for sure there will be no missused of facilities, attitude etc etc..

Am quite suprised with their support, cooperation, respect for the young (young ker), lack of experience librarian like me...what a wonderful staff..the main point we always communicate with each other, brought up the ideas then pick up the best and suitable for our library despite our backgraound, age or position...we only makan gaji mahhhh..so everything only for the sake of our userrsssssssss....
