Ada kat Bidor..as usual raya kan makannnn ajer...lagi dan lagi dan lagi...ada bawak gak kerja balik kg, tenguklah if free nak gak sambung kerja yg tertangguh and yg diberikan gak..naik kije ada 2 meeting..hope it goes well..
Now i must change my gear..speed up..no more joyride and at the same time to be alert...alwayz in right track..keep focus...matured..wise..down to earth...
Remember...as a boss nopee!! as superior (it is not easy to be a boss, it comes with high responsibilities)I must work together with the staff, respect them...empathy, approachable, problem solving, being fair...to low my voice but firm.
My boss told me nowadays manager is no longer manage the staff but must know how to manage the top management..my position where i have to look after a few staff, make an important decision, problems solving, as planner, delegate tasks to staff easy to said i give instruction and at the same time to receive instruction.. it was very challanging, risky, scary etc etc..i must know how to approach, to manage my boss's schedule, to get attention and make sure my tasks to be done on time with support from my dept staff..
My ex-boss Poh Lin advise, as librarian I must be very resourceful, no budget doesnt mean u cant provide information to users..be wise..be positive..think outside the box..see the barriers as an opportunities...
I will remember all advises as above, apply it, sincere doing it and insya allah i'll success...
p/s my lappy cant open cafe..my pc at office cant open farmville..suxx....
